Veteran Hiring Initiative

Veteran Employment Program – From Service to Success

At Legacy Career Solutions, we believe that supporting our veterans doesn’t stop at “thank you.” We’ve launched the Veteran Employment Program — a dedicated initiative focused on helping military veterans successfully transition into civilian careers. Whether you’re a former service member seeking your next mission, or an employer looking to build a stronger team, we’re here to make the connection.

Why Veterans?
Veterans bring leadership, discipline, reliability, and mission-focused thinking to the workplace — qualities every employer values. Our program is designed to translate military experience into civilian opportunity, one job at a time.

How It Works

For Veterans:

  • Resume translation and career coaching

  • Job matching based on skills, goals, and background

  • Direct introductions to veteran-friendly employers

  • Access to temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles

  • Support through onboarding and beyond

For Employers:

  • Access to pre-screened, job-ready veteran candidates

  • Assistance with veteran hiring incentives and tax credits

  • Custom staffing solutions tailored to your business needs

  • Branding support as a veteran-supportive workplace
